Delicious pareve kugel

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Wide noodles
½ cup Sugar; up to 3/4
4 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks; drained
4 \N Apples; peeled and chopped
¾ cup Raisins; up to 1

Boil noodles, put in colander. In noodle pot using a hand whisk, mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Add all fruits. Mix. Add noodles and mix.

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 mins. If starting to brow too heavily after 30 mins., cover with foil for remaining baking time....
