Party mints

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg white
1¼ pounds Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Evaporated milk (more or less)
2 tablespoons Butter; softened
1 Capful mint or peppermint extract
8 drops Desired food coloring

Beat egg white until fluffy. Add ½ pound powdered sugar, evaporated milk, butter, mint extract & food coloring. Beat with mixer until well blended.

Add rest of powdered sugar. Knead with your hands & shape into small balls.

Let dry a short time. Press into molds. These may be frozen.
