Yield: 24 Servings
|1¼ pounds||Powdered sugar|
|2 tablespoons||Evaporated milk (more or less)|
|2 tablespoons||Butter; softened|
|1||Capful mint or peppermint extract|
|8 drops||Desired food coloring|
Beat egg white until fluffy. Add ½ pound powdered sugar, evaporated milk, butter, mint extract & food coloring. Beat with mixer until well blended.
Add rest of powdered sugar. Knead with your hands & shape into small balls.
Let dry a short time. Press into molds. These may be frozen.
