Quick chocolate mints

2 packs (10 oz) semisweet chocolate chips, mint
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Heat in microwave on High 1½ mins; stir well. Heat 1 to 1 ½ mins longer, or until mixture is smooth and chocolate is melted when stirred. Stir in vanilla.

2. Turn into a buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, or until firm. Cut into 25 squares. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator.
