⅓ cup | Corn syrup - light |
½ cup | Butter or one stick |
2 tablespoons | Peppermint extract |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
1 pounds | Confectionery sugar |

Mix all of the ingredients except for the food coloring. Knead the candy for 10 minutes. Color while kneading the candy by adding a few drops of food coloring at a time to get the desired color. refrigerate for 2 hours.
