Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Corn syrup - light |
| ½ | cup | Butter or one stick |
| 2 | tablespoons | Peppermint extract |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | pounds | Confectionery sugar |
| Food coloring | ||
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except for the food coloring. Knead the candy for 10 minutes. Color while kneading the candy by adding a few drops of food coloring at a time to get the desired color. refrigerate for 2 hours.
