Parmesan meat loaf

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 3 | Green onions; finely chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
| ½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| 2 | Egg whites | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. I then put the loaf in a foil-lined baking pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Sometimes I sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top of the loaf about 5 minutes before I take it out, and let it melt in.
We like this with mashed potatoes, buttered carrots and a mixed green salad.
