Barbecue chili sauce

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Green pepper, finely chopped |
| 4 | Garlic cloves, finely choppe | |
| 6 | tablespoons | Butter or marjgarine |
| 4 | cups | Canned tomatoes |
| ¾ | cup | Red wine |
| ¾ | cup | Bouillon |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Chili powder |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Cook onions, green peppers and garlic in butter until so Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce he until thickened, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer longer. Serve with hotdogs, ham, pork, and spareribs.
