Pan fried bay scallops

| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1¼ | pounds | Bay scallops |
| 1 | tablespoon | Plus 1 tsp. oil |
| ¾ | Lemon; cut in wedges | |
Directions
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge scallops to coat.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook scallops 3-4 minutes per side until scallops are opaque throughout. Serve with lemon wedges.
