Pan fried bay scallops

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1¼ pounds Bay scallops
1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. oil
¾ \N Lemon; cut in wedges

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.

Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge scallops to coat.

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook scallops 3-4 minutes per side until scallops are opaque throughout. Serve with lemon wedges.
