Oven-fried herb chicken

| 1½ | cup | Herb-seasoned stuffing mix |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dried parsley flakes |
| 2 | teaspoons | Rubbed or ground sage |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | (2 1/2 - 3 lb) | |
| Frying chicken | ||
| Cut into 8 pieces | ||
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350. In 13x 8 inch baking pan melt butter in over (5 minutes). Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage, and garlic powder; mix well. 2. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat. Place, skin-side up, in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. 3. Bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
