Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Instant mashed potatoes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
| 1 | Egg, slightly beaten (I use Egg Beaters) | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| Boneless chicken breasts | ||
Directions
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag. Mix the lemon juice and egg together. Dip breasts in lemon/egg mixture. Then shake in bag.
(Do one or two at a time). Put the chicken in a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
