Oven fried herb chicken nuggets

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Cornflakes
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Paprika
⅛ teaspoon Ground red pepper (cayenne); to taste
1 \N Egg white
1 teaspoon Water
8 \N Skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cubed

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil: spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients: mix well. In another small bowl, beat egg white and water till frothy. Dip nuggets in egg mix then in cornflake mix. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
