Oven fried chicken

| 18 | Saltine cracker squares,crushed | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | EACH: basil,celery seed,onion powder,oregano,paprika |
| ⅜ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Evaporated skim milk |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
Directions
Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, black pepper, basil, celery seed, onion powder, oregano, paprika and salt in a bowl. Dip chicken in evaporated milk, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Brush with oil. Bake 10 minutes longer.
