|4 ounces||Skinless,boned chicken breasts|
|18||Saltine cracker squares,crushed|
|2 tablespoons||Parmesan cheese|
|¾ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|½ teaspoon||EACH: basil,celery seed,onion powder,oregano,paprika|
|¼ cup||Evaporated skim milk|
|1 tablespoon||Vegetable oil|
Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, black pepper, basil, celery seed, onion powder, oregano, paprika and salt in a bowl. Dip chicken in evaporated milk, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Brush with oil. Bake 10 minutes longer.
