Oven baked chicken

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅛ teaspoon Marjoram
⅛ teaspoon Rosemary, crushed
5 cups Corn flakes, crushed
2½ pounds Cut up broiler-fryer -
Chicken pieces
½ cup Butter or margarine, melted
⅓ cup All-purpose flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Thyme

Preheat oven to 375F. In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
