Nutty oven-fried chicken

| ⅓ | cup | Pecans -- finely chopped | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Paprika | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried sage | 
| 1 | each | Broiler-fryer chicken | 
| (2 to 3 pounds) cut up | ||
| ½ | cup | Evaporated milk | 
| ⅓ | cup | Butter or margarine -- | 
| Melted | ||
Directions
In a shallow dish, combine biscuit mix, pecans and seasonings; mix well. Dip chicken pieces in milk; coat generously with pecan mixture. 
Place in a lightly greased 13-in, x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. 
Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 deg. for 1 hour or until juices run clear. Yield: 6-8 servings Recipe By     : Taste of Home
