Oven baked pork chops

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Envelope Lipton Golden Onion
\N \N Recipe Soup Mix
2 \N Eggs -- well beaten
⅔ cup Plain dry bread crumbs
8 \N 1/2\" thick
\N \N Pork chops

Preheat oven to 350~. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then soup mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle, if desired, with melted butter. Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until tender.
