Baked orange pork chops

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Thick, Lean Pork Chops
\N \N Salt and pepper
2 \N Oranges, Sliced Thin
½ cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Flour

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Top with orange slices. Pour the orange juice over the top. Cover with more orange slices. Cover. Bake until tender (about 1½ hours). Serve hot.
