|2 mediums||Prepared pizza bases|
|5||Ripe tomatoes; sliced|
|4||Cloves garlic; sliced|
|4 tablespoons||Fresh oregano leaves; minced|
|Freshly ground black pepper; to taste|
1. Place pizza bases on lightly greased baking trays and brush with oil.
2. Arrange half the tomato slices, garlic and oregano on top of each pizza base. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake in a hot oven (200C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until base is crisp and golden.
