10 ounces | Cheddar cheese; grated |
1 cup | Chopped green onion tops |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Curry powder |
1 can | (2.5-oz) pitted ripe olives; chopped |
Toast sliced muffins. Combine cheese, onions, mayonnaise, salt, curry & olives. Spread each muffin half with mixture & cut into 4 pieces. Broil until cheese melts. May be frozen.
