Fresh tomato pizza

Measure Ingredient
2½ kilograms Pizza dough
1½ \N Litres tomato sauce
1½ kilograms Mozzarella
1½ kilograms Fresh tomato sliced
300 grams Garlic, sliced
100 grams Fresh basil
50 millilitres Olive oil

Pan fry the garlic with olive oil to roast. Spread dough, top with tomato sauce, then mozzrella, slices of fresh tomatoes, roasted garlic and fresh basil. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cook and serve.
