2 | packs | (3-oz) orange-flavored gelatin |
1 | cup | Boiling water |
1 | pint | Orange sherbet |
1 | can | (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple |
1 | cup | Miniature marshmallows |
1 | can | (11-oz) Mandarin orange sections; drained |
½ | pint | Whipping cream; whipped |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet. When partially set, add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Chill until firm.
Yield: 12 servings.
