Orange sherbet salad

Ingredients

6ouncesGelatin, orange-flavored
1cupWater; boiling
1pintSherbet, orange; softened
11ouncesOranges, mandarin; drained
8ouncesPineapple, crushed; drained
1cupMarshmallows, miniature
½pintCream, whipping; whipped

Directions

Dissolve gelatinin boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted; mixture will be thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour into a 2-quart mold or individual molds. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours before serving.
