Orange sherbet salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Gelatin, orange-flavored
1 cup Water; boiling
1 pint Sherbet, orange; softened
11 ounces Oranges, mandarin; drained
8 ounces Pineapple, crushed; drained
1 cup Marshmallows, miniature
½ pint Cream, whipping; whipped

Dissolve gelatinin boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted; mixture will be thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour into a 2-quart mold or individual molds. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours before serving.
