6 ounces | Gelatin, orange-flavored |
1 cup | Water; boiling |
1 pint | Sherbet, orange; softened |
11 ounces | Oranges, mandarin; drained |
8 ounces | Pineapple, crushed; drained |
1 cup | Marshmallows, miniature |
½ pint | Cream, whipping; whipped |
Dissolve gelatinin boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted; mixture will be thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour into a 2-quart mold or individual molds. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours before serving.
