Yield: 8 servings
|6 ounces||Gelatin, orange-flavored|
|1 cup||Water; boiling|
|1 pint||Sherbet, orange; softened|
|11 ounces||Oranges, mandarin; drained|
|8 ounces||Pineapple, crushed; drained|
|1 cup||Marshmallows, miniature|
|½ pint||Cream, whipping; whipped|
Dissolve gelatinin boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted; mixture will be thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. Pour into a 2-quart mold or individual molds. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours before serving.
