Orange cream salad

Measure Ingredient
1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches, drained
1 can (12 oz) mandarin orange sections, drained
2 \N Bananas, sliced
1 medium Apple, chopped
1 pack (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1½ \N Cups milk
⅓ cup Frozen orange juice concentrate
¾ cup Sour cream

In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes. Add sour cream; mix well. Spoon over fruit; toss to coat.
