Strawberry-orange sherbet

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Frozen unsweetened strawberries
½ cup Plain non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons Liquid (orange juice, rum or water)

Put all in a food processor or a powerful blender; puree. Serve immediately or store in freezer (if frozen hard, put in refrigerator 30 minutes to soften).
