Orange jalapeno salsa

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Plum tomatoes; seeded and
\N \N Finely chopped; (3/4 cup)
1 small Orange; seeded & chopped
1 small Jalapeno pepper; seeded and
\N \N Finely chopped
2 tablespoons Finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro or
\N \N Parsley


Combine tomatoes, orange, chile pepper, onion and cilantro; set aside. In medium nonstick skillet, heat marmalade and vinegar over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until marmalade is melted.
