Orange jicama salsa

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Orange, peeled and chopped
1 small Serrano chili, seeded and chopped
½ cup Chopped peeled jicama
¼ cup Chopped tomatillos
¼ cup Chopped red onion
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Salt

Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Makes about 2 cups salsa.
