Orange jicama salsa

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Orange, peeled and chopped |
| 1 | small | Serrano chili, seeded and chopped |
| ½ | cup | Chopped peeled jicama |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped tomatillos |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped red onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lime juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Makes about 2 cups salsa.
