Smooth jalapeno salsa

| ½ | medium | Onion; chopped |
| 2 | Garlic cloves; crushed | |
| 1 | medium | Tomato; peeled & chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 6 | Jalapenos; stemmed & chopped | |
Directions
>From: srasheed@... (Sam M Rasheed) In skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add onion & saute until soft. Add garlic & cook 30 seconds. Stir in tomato and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
Transfer to blender and add jalapenos. Process until pureed. Serve room temperature or chilled. Great with chip or veggies.
