Directions
Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add lemon juice and pulp and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate before serving.
Serve with crisp tortilla chips, on celery chunks or other raw vegetables, as a sauce in tacos or whenever a spicy salsa is desired.
