Old-fashioned hash

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
1 medium Onion; chopped
3 cups Potatoes; cooked and diced
3 cups Beef; cooked and diced
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Gravy
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mustard

In skillet, brown onion in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook until well browned.
