Beef hash

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 \N Slice bacon, finely chopped
6 \N Fresh shrimp (optional)
1 \N Small carrot, grated
1 \N Stalk celery, finely chpd
¼ cup Chun choi (preserved turnip)
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Shoyu
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
¼ teaspoon MSG
1 teaspoon Ginger juice
1 \N Small clove garlic, grated

Mix all ingredients. If adding shrimp, finely chop the shrimp. Make into small patties. Fry until done and serve warm.
