Yankee baked hash

| 2½ | cup | Leftover beef roast |
| 1 | small | Onion |
| 1 | Sprig of parsley | |
| 3 | Freshly baked potatoes | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| Milk and any leftover gravy | ||
| Butter | ||
Directions
Put meat, onion and parsley through your food processor. Add baked potato. Do not chop too fine! Salt and pepper to taste. Put meat mixture in a casserole dish and fill almost to top with milk and gravy or just milk. Dot with butter and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1½ hours, until a brown crust forms on top.
