Yankee baked hash

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Leftover beef roast
1 small Onion
1 \N Sprig of parsley
3 \N Freshly baked potatoes
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Milk and any leftover gravy
\N \N Butter

Put meat, onion and parsley through your food processor. Add baked potato. Do not chop too fine! Salt and pepper to taste. Put meat mixture in a casserole dish and fill almost to top with milk and gravy or just milk. Dot with butter and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1½ hours, until a brown crust forms on top.
