Oatmeal scotchies pan cookies

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Oats
¾ cup White sugar
1 pack (12-oz) butterscotch chips
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Butter or margarine
¾ cup Brown sugar

Date: 22 May 1995 10:56:05 +0100 These recipes are from the back of Hershey's Butterscotch Chips packages.

You will not find them anymore, but, when the chips first came out, I copied them off. The recipes on the back of the package these days is different and, IMHO, not nearly as good.

Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs & vanilla. Beat until light & fluffy. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in oats and chips. Sprread into greased 10 X 15 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
