Oatmeal blueberry pancakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Quickcooking oats
2 cups Buttermilk
2 Eggs
cup Flour
pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
litre Tbsp
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
pinch Nutmeg
¾ cup Blueberries
2 tablespoons Oil
Maple syrup
1 Orange, sliced
Sugar

Directions

Put the oats and buttermilk into a bowl and let soak for a few minutes, then beat in the eggs. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in the blueberries. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat and pour in spoonfuls of the batter. Cook until bubbles form on top of the pancake, flip over and cook the other side until lightly browned. Serve with maple syrup and slices of orange.
