½ cup | Walnuts OR raisins OR other |

¼ cup | Honey |
¾ cup | Warm skim milk or non-dairy |

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10 minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
