Oat-bran raisin muffins

teaspoonGround ginger
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
½cupRaisins
½cupWalnuts OR raisins OR other
Fruit or nuts
1xEgg equivalent
¼cupHoney
¾cupWarm skim milk or non-dairy
Equivalent

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10 minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
