|2¼ cup||Oat bran|
|¼ cup||Brown sugar|
|2 teaspoons||Baking powder|
|1½ teaspoon||Ground ginger|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|½ cup||Walnuts OR raisins OR other|
|Fruit or nuts|
|1 x||Egg equivalent|
|¾ cup||Warm skim milk or non-dairy|
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10 minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
