Oat-bran raisin muffins

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Oat bran
¼ cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1½ teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Walnuts OR raisins OR other
\N \N Fruit or nuts
1 x Egg equivalent
¼ cup Honey
¾ cup Warm skim milk or non-dairy
\N \N Equivalent

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10 minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
