Oat flour muffins

Ingredients

1cupAM Oat Flour
1teaspoonNon-alum baking powder
½teaspoonSea salt (optional)
2tablespoonsRaw honey
cupButtermilk
½cupRaisins or dates OR- chopped nuts
1tablespoonAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1Egg; beaten OR- egg replacer

Directions

Stir together dry ingredients. Mix liquids and fruit or nuts together and add to dry mixture, stirring lightly. Fill 6 oiled muffin tins ½ full and bake 15 minutes at 425 F.
