Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds BUTTER PRINT SURE
1 pounds FLOUR GEN PURPOSE 10LB
1 pounds NUTS MIX SHELL #10
1½ pounds SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB
1½ pounds SUGAR; BROWN, 2 LB
½ ounce CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN

1. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR AND CINNAMON IN MIXER BOWL; BLEND IN SUGARS.

2. ADD BUTTER OR MARGARINE TO DRY INGREDIENTS; MIX AT LOW SPEED UNIL WELL BLENDED.

3. BLEND IN NUTS AT LOW SPEED. NOTE: THIS FILLING MAY BE USED IN A VARIETY OF SWEET DOUGH PRODUCTS.

USE 2 TBSP FILLING FOR EACH PASTRY. SEE RECIPE NO. D-G-7, GUIDE FOR SWEET DOUGH MAKE-UP.
