Cinnamon pecan filling

| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Finely chopped pecans |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter; softened |
| 1 | cup | Whole dates; chopped |
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated orange rind |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
Directions
DATE ORANGE FILLING
For Cinnamon Pecan Filling: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; mix well. Spread rectangle with butter. Sprinkle with Filling.
For Date Orange Filling: In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Simmer about three minutes, until thickened; cool completely. If Filling is too thick to spread, add orange juice to thin.
