Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | White wine |
2 cups | Ground walnuts |
1 tablespoon | Freshly grated lemon zest |
2 tablespoons | Apricot jam or orange marmalade |
1½ teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
¼ cup | Raisins |
2 tablespoons | Fine dried bread crumbs |
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and wine. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. In a medium bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Pour in hot sugar mixture and mix well; let cool.
