Walnut-apricot filling

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | White wine |
| 2 | cups | Ground walnuts |
| 1 | tablespoon | Freshly grated lemon zest |
| 2 | tablespoons | Apricot jam or orange marmalade |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ¼ | cup | Raisins |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fine dried bread crumbs |
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and wine. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. In a medium bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Pour in hot sugar mixture and mix well; let cool.
