Walnut-apricot filling

Ingredients

¼cupWhite wine
2cupsGround walnuts
1tablespoonFreshly grated lemon zest
2tablespoonsApricot jam or orange marmalade
teaspoonGround cinnamon
¼cupRaisins
2tablespoonsFine dried bread crumbs

Directions

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and wine. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. In a medium bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Pour in hot sugar mixture and mix well; let cool.
