Mustard-broiled shrimp

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Large shrimp, peeled and
\N \N Deveined
½ cup Corn oil
¼ cup Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
4 \N Cloves garlic, minced

1) Place shrimp in bowl. Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic in separate bowl; pour over shrimp and marinade for 30 minutes.

2) Preheat broiler.

3) Place shrimp and marinade in shallow pan. Broil 4-in from heat source for 5 minutes. Turn shrimp and broil for 5 minutes more.

4) Remove shrimp from oven, and serve at once.
