1½ teaspoon | Liquid Crab Boil |
2 teaspoons | Dry BBQ seasoning |
2 tablespoons | Worchestershire Sauce |
4½ \N | Sticks Butter ( melted) |
\N dash | Tobasco |
¾ teaspoon | Red Pepper |
3 teaspoons | Black Pepper |
3 tablespoons | White Wine |
1 slice | Lemon |
Wash and dehead (optional) the shrimp and place in a baking dish.
Combine all the other ingredients, and pour over the shrimp. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, basting the shrimp occasionally. Turn off oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with plenty of crusty French bread, for dipping into the sauce.
It's messy but wonderful.
