Barbequed shrimp

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Shrimp
1 \N Clove Garlic
1½ teaspoon Liquid Crab Boil
2 teaspoons Dry BBQ seasoning
2 tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
4½ \N Sticks Butter ( melted)
\N dash Tobasco
¾ teaspoon Red Pepper
3 teaspoons Black Pepper
3 tablespoons White Wine
1 slice Lemon

Wash and dehead (optional) the shrimp and place in a baking dish.

Combine all the other ingredients, and pour over the shrimp. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, basting the shrimp occasionally. Turn off oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with plenty of crusty French bread, for dipping into the sauce.

It's messy but wonderful.
