Mustard seed dressing

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Toasted mustard seed
2 tablespoons Seasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons Vegetable stock or water
1 teaspoon Honey; or to taste
\N \N Kosher salt; to taste
\N \N Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Whisk the first six ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields about ¾ cup of dressing.
