Minted yogurt sauce

| 1½ | teaspoon | Mint, finely chopped | 
| 1 | pinch | Ground cumin seeds | 
| 1 | pinch | Turmeric | 
| 1 | cup | Plain low-fat yogurt | 
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mint, cumin and turmeric. Whisk in the yogurt until blended. Season with salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate.
