1 cup | Cut cranberries |
½ cup | Chopped walnuts |
1 teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
1 | Beaten egg |
¾ cup | Orange juice |
2 tablespoons | Salad oil |
Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries, nuts & orange peel. Combine eggs, orange juice, salad oil, stirring just till moistened.
Bake in greased 9½ x 5 x 3" pan in moderate oven 350 - 50 minutes or until done.
