Yellow sauce for sausage or brisket

cupCheap yellow prepared mustard; (NOT Dijon)
cupRed wine vinegar
¾cupBrown sugar
3tablespoonsMargarine
4teaspoonsSalt
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
teaspoonGround black pepper; coarse
tablespoonFranks Louisiana hot sauce; (or similar)

Directions

Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, whisking while heating.
