Granola cranberry bread

Ingredients

2tablespoonsVegetable oil; almond oil, or walnut oil
1cupGranola
cupUnbleached white flour
½cupOat flour; (see note)
½cupWhole wheat flour
1teaspoonSalt
4tablespoonsPowdered buttermilk
2tablespoonsYeast
½cupDried cranberries
½cupChopped walnuts; optional

Directions

Place all the ingredients except the cranberries and walnuts in the machine, program for white, wheat or sweet, and press start. Add the cranberries and walnuts when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.

(Measurements are for Breadman bread machines) NOTES : This recipe calls for dried cranberries; however, you may substitute currants or any other pieces of dried fruit such as cherries, blueberries, apples, pears, peaches, apricots, figs or prunes.
