Granola cranberry bread

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Orange juice
1 cup Water
¼ teaspoon Orange oil
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil; almond oil, or walnut oil
1 cup Granola
2½ cup Unbleached white flour
½ cup Oat flour; (see note)
½ cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Powdered buttermilk
2 tablespoons Yeast
½ cup Dried cranberries
½ cup Chopped walnuts; optional

Place all the ingredients except the cranberries and walnuts in the machine, program for white, wheat or sweet, and press start. Add the cranberries and walnuts when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.

(Measurements are for Breadman bread machines) NOTES : This recipe calls for dried cranberries; however, you may substitute currants or any other pieces of dried fruit such as cherries, blueberries, apples, pears, peaches, apricots, figs or prunes.
