Molasses crumb cake

| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |

Notes: By Deborah Higgs, Bowmanstown. The Times News, PA Mix first 7 ingredients listed in same bowl. Add hot water, mix again. Line a 9² by 13² pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
Crumbs: Mix together until crumbly. *Sprinkle on cake BEFORE baking.
