Quick molasses bread

¼teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsBaking powder
2Eggs
¼cupOil
¼cupMolasses
3tablespoonsHoney
1teaspoonGrated orange peel
¾cupMilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Stir together whole-wheat and soy flours, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. In another bowl, beat eggs together with oil, molasses, honey, orange peel and milk. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients and carefully combine. Batter will be stiff.

Turn into a greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until wood toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
