Mock wheat bread

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Saf yeast
2 cups High gluten flour
½ cup Bran flakes
1 tablespoon Wheat gluten
¼ cup Wheat germ
1 tablespoon Tofu white drink powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 cup Warm water

Place in tub in order listed.
