Basic wheat bread

| 1½ | cup | Bread flour |
| 1½ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ¼ | cup | Nonfat dry milk powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vital Gluten |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | cup | + 2 T. water |
Directions
FOR 1½ POUND LOAF
Add ingredients to machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle. Can do in timed baking cycle. Process on Light setting.

NOTES : Makes a good sized loaf. Can add ½ tsp. dried herbs with the flour.
