Wheat-wheat-wheat bread

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
⅛ teaspoon Ginger
2½ cup Bread flour
1¼ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Wheat germ
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Honey
1 can Evaporated milk (12 oz.)
2 tablespoons Salad oil
½ cup Cracked wheat
½ cup Boiling water

FOR 1-½ LB. LOAF

Put dry ingredients in first. Cover the ½ cup cracked wheat with boiling water, stir, and let cool. Then add cooled cracked wheat, select white bread and push start.

NOTE: Cracked wheat is available in health food stores.
