Mike's bread dip

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Basil, dried
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 mediums Cloves garlic, finely minced

Place all ingredients in a small flat bowl. Let sit long enough for the dried basil to reconstitute and the garlic oils to mix with the olive oil.

Serve with chunks of french or sour dough bread for dipping. Make sure your bread scrapes out some of the basil and garlic with each dip.
