Garlic dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 \N Cloves garlic, pressed
½ cup (more or less) low fat milk

Place softened cream cheese into a bowl. Add pressed garlic. Add some milk and beat with electric mixer, adding enough milk to make a creamy consistency (NOT soupy).

Refrigerate, covered, for at least one hour before serving.
