|1 pack||(16 oz) cream cheese, softened|
|4||Cloves garlic, pressed|
|½ cup||(more or less) low fat milk|
Place softened cream cheese into a bowl. Add pressed garlic. Add some milk and beat with electric mixer, adding enough milk to make a creamy consistency (NOT soupy).
Refrigerate, covered, for at least one hour before serving.
